<h2>My hatred</h2>
<p>
There are many things people dislike about capitalism including worker
exploitation, shittification, ads, basic needs being over priced, monthly
payments for fucking everything, and mass environmental damage. As small of
a component it may seem my least favorite part of capitalism is job
hunting. Employers are such fuck faces. They want a fancy resume, many
years experience for the entry level position they put up, the type of body
language that is full on discrimination against autistic people like
myself, a personalized cover letter to the employer... It's just ass
kissing, more ass kissing, and even more ass kissing the entire way. When
applying to jobs I am lucky to even get a email back. Actually getting a
interview is out of the question. tbh I don't even know how I got my
current job. The schedule sucks though switching schedules or jobs is out
of the question. I can apply to all the jobs in the world and get nothing
back even if I do everything right.

<h2>Discrimination</h2>
<p>
Employers have a massive history of discrimination. They have discriminated
against races they don't like, women, lgbtq+, the disabled, the young, the
old, religions people, atheists, and in my case against autism. Even if you
are qualified if you don't match their ideal image of a employee they will
fuck you over. They still ask for things like race and gender even though
they claim to not use those as factors for hiring. If you don't answer they
will fuck you over for that as well. They care way too much about body
language. Some of us aren't good at body language and don't have any hope
at learning it since its a skill you either are born with or lack. Body
language <b>is not</b> based on a logical system and can not be understood
through a logical framework. They couldn't care less about actually
qualifications anyways. Instead they are simply looking for actors to play
the role of employee. Not discriminating is not something they are capable
of. If one group of people gets some type of protection they will find
others to fuck over.

<h2>What should be done</h2>
<p>
<b>Every employer and hiring manager should be slowly and painfully rapped
to death.</b> They will all be hooked up to torture rape machines which
will inflict constant unbearable pain 24/7 until they die. They will be fed
food paste through tubes and forcefully kept alive as long as we can still
torture them. They will never see the light of day, eat real food, or have
a moment that isn't pure pain every again.

<h2><b>IF YOU ARE A EMPLOYER OR HIRING MANAGER YOU SHOULD KILL
YOURSELF</b></h2>
<p>
It would really improve the life's of everyone else. It's quite
easy. Overdosing on opioids can be a painless way to go and fentanyl is
quite cheap to. You will simply become so calm and bliss you will stop
breathing. Just drift off into a warm fuzzy sleep forever. Nothing to worry
about once your dead. Just bliss. That's way better than what you
deserve. You might be avoiding a very slow and painful death. Your entire
life is just work and stress. Take the easy way out while doing us a
favor. Two birds with one stone.
