* Why I made this

I made this as a prove of concept declaration for a better society. There is a
little bit of humor thrown in but this was not some type of ironic joke. Its
very rough and lacking due to the fact I don't care to spend that much time on
this. *If you have a problem with this declaration for a better world you can
pick up an entire bottle of oxycodone and shove it up your unwashed ass!*

We hold this truths to be self-evident:\\
That all +men+ mother fuckers are created equal; that they are endowed by
+their Creator+ Tralfamadore with certain unalienable +rights+ freedoms; that
among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that, to secure
these +rights+ freedoms, +governments+ communes and trade unions are instituted
among +men+ mother fuckers, deriving their just +powers+ stubbornness from the
consent of the +governed+ peeps; that whenever any form of +government+ power
and wealth becomes destructive of these ends, it is the +right+ duty of the
+people+ mother fuckers to +alter or to abolish it+ fuck it in the ass, and to
institute new +government+ underlining framework of society, laying its
foundation on such principles, and organizing its +powers+ use cases in such
form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and
happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that +governments+ communes and trade
unions long established should not be changed for +light and transient+ stuppa
causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that +mankind+ peeps are more
disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by
abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of
abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design
to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their +right+ freedom, it is
their duty, to throw off such +government+ source of control, and to provide
new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of
+these colonies+ the peeps of the universe; and such is now the necessity which
constrains them to alter their former +systems of +government+ societal
framework. The history of the present +King of Great Britain+ status quo of
society is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct
object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over +these states+ the
universe. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

The world fucking sucks. I declare the creation of The United Communes and
Trade Unions of The Entire Known Universe. It will not be a country, nation,
government, organization... It will be a new type of societal framework, one
that holds together countless small independent communities with the goal of
enabling freedom for the peeps. Not freedom for a power structure or
ruler. Freedom for the mother fuckers of the universe! It will not aim for
individualism or collectivism, it will instead use aspects of each one to
enable greater freedom for each and every peep on not a global, societal, or
community level but on a personal level from the ground up. No peep shall be
entitled to control another peep in any way and for any reason what so
ever. Things like laws, rules, and regulations shall no long be used to enforce
a way of life on people and influence their choices for the benefit of a power
structure. Instead any form of power shall only be used to safe guard the
freedom and quality of life of the peeps. Power shall only exist in a
decentralized form that removes absolute control from any one entity. Profit
and greed as a driving force shall not be tolerated in a free world and its
every peeps duty to drive it out of existence. Communes, trade unions, and
other structured groups of peeps shall only exist for the freedom and well
being of all.\\

** Power structures
No more nations, states, or governments.
** Taxes
All taxes will be replaced with a land value tax. Churches will not be given
any type free pass or discount on taxes.
** Abortions
Abortions will be provided for all free of charge by The United Communes and
Trade Unions of The Entire Known Universe itself.
** Freedom of speech
Peeps shall be judged by their actions not their words. Everyone will have
freedom of speech though no one is required to platform another peeps opinion
due to the fact anyone can platform their own opinion.
** Rulers
Rulers as we know them will no longer be a thing and protection from them
will be ensured.
** Economic entities
Private corporations will be replaced by a decentralized system of public
institutions, trade unions, and communes.
** Courts
Private lawyers will not be a thing as it turns courts into a shitty little
game that is pay to win. Instead we will actually bother to have enough
provided lawyers on hand so they aren't doomed to being overworked. This will
ensure they will actually have enough time to do lawyer stuff.
** Drugs
Psychedelic and mind bending drugs like marijuana, shrooms, LSD, DMT... will
no longer be illegal. There will be places to ensure the stuff you are
getting is real and not laced.
** Economy
The economy will be managed with cybernetics.
** War
All war will be replaced with video games. If communities get into argument
the only fair, just, and civilized way to sort things out is with a openarena
match.
** Body autonomy
Everyone will have full autonomy over their own body with absolutely no
exceptions. No peep shall have autonomy over the body of another peep.
** Gender
The United Communes and Trade Unions of The Entire Known Universe holds it to
be true that gender is a social construct and enforcing its values will only
harm people. Biological sex is indeed a thing though it is far separated from
the societal understanding of gender. What you have in your pants does not
dictate what clothes you can wear, what name you can go by, and what pronouns
you can use as those things are all constructs that are subject being changed
as see fit. Current biological sex limits things like who can give birth though
if some scientists change that they will be able to operate on people who
consent due to body autonomy being a protected freedom.
** Parenting
Parent rights will not be a thing as it enables narcissist parents to abuse
their children.
** Copyrights
Copyrights will be completely replaced with copyleft. Copyrights will not be
tolerated.
** Interwebs
The interwebs shall no longer have spyware, tracking, ads, and javascript. Also
fuck government id age verification. The United Communes and Trade Unions will
not tolerate government id verification due to the fact they will not tolerate
government ids or even governments in general. For web developers reading this

** Imprisonment 
No one can be held somewhere against their will unless they actively threaten
peeps safety. No, it will not be used as a form of punishment. Also a peep
being a threat to their own safety doesn't count as it leaves too much room for
abusing mentally ill people.
** Porn
Porn will be replaced by real sex.
** Education 
Schools as we know them will be replaced with learning centers. Instead of
aiming to shape the minds of children into loyal mindless workers learning
centers will be much more STEM focused along with promoting art and free
thinking.
** Property
Due to the lack of private corporations private property as we know it will
no longer exist. Personal property will always be a thing though. Because of
this trespassing as we know it would no longer apply, instead there will be
protections to ensure privacy for more introverted peeps while leaving the
freedom to explore and roam the surface of planets as open as possible
without interfering with privacy.
** Guns
All gun owners will be required to know how to use a gun. They cant be banned
due to they are a inanimate object and if we make exceptions for some inanimate
objects as soon as we know it fascism will return. That doesn't mean we can't
have standards and demand they don't be stuppa. Is it really that much to ask
that gun owners know what way the bullet goes when they shoot it? I am sure a
lot of southern white trash will be pissed because it applies to them but maybe
inbreeding isn't a good idea after all.
** Inbreeding
Please use birth control.
** Nudity
Public nudity will be a protected freedom.
** Criminal records
Criminal records are way to easy for power structures to abuse. Criminal
records will only be used if absolutely necessary for safety. You would have to
do something really fucked up. The life changing effect criminal records can
have is not something that should be taken lightly.
** Public infrastructure
Abominations like anti-homeless laws and hostile architecture shall not be
tolerated.
** Advertisements
Advertisements will not be a thing which should be implied by the lack of
private corporations and will not be tolerated.
** Sex
Sex will not be taboo and can be freely and openly talked anywhere. Keeping
children and peeps with a disability /pure/ and unaware of sex only keeps
them vulnerable to shitbags who want to exploit and abuse them.
** Age of consent
Age of consent was created in the recent past as a reaction and protection
against abusive shitbags who exploited the low social standing and systematic
obliviousness of children. Often times these shitbags were people of high
social standing or given some type of authority within a more localized
social structure. As the underlining system that enables this is replaced and
people become more reasonable age of consent will outlive its usefulness
though in the mean time it should stay even though we are aware telling
anyone they don't have the brain power to consent is dehumanizing.
** Public restrooms
Anywhere can be used as a public restroom, if your willing to clean up after
yourself...
** Cults
Religious groups like LDS, FLDS, JW, amish, scientology... should not be
tolerated as they can interfere with the freedom of peeps living under
them. These groups enforce harsh rules and enable abuse for vulnerable peeps
who often were born under them and/or have very little to no say if they
consent to engaging in their practices. The United Communes and Trade Unions of
The Entire Known Universe will not respect the will of a community that harms
freedom and well being.
** Work
Many types of work will be viewed as a necessary evil. The less of it the
better (: Machines will replace shitty jobs no one wants to do so peeps can
create art and do cool things instead of the other way around. As soon as you
finish your work you can just leave. No more ass kissing either. No one
should care how work is done as long as its getting done. Bullshit jobs will
not be tolerated. Unemployed people will not be forgotten about and left to
rot away. While we will aim to create a world of scientists, artists,
philosophers... and encourage cool hobby's as robots replace work laziness
will not be demonized.
** Software
All major pieces of software will be free and open source.
** Freedom to repair
The freedom to repair will be ensured by The United Communes and Trade Unions
of The Entire Known Universe.
** Bans
Inanimate objects can not be banned from personal use.
