They still ask for things like race and gender even though - they claim to not use those as factors for hiring. If you don't answer they - will fuck you over for that as well. They care way too much about body - language. Some of us aren't good at body language and don't have any hope - at learning it since its a skill you either are born with or lack. Body - language <b>is not</b> based on a logical system and can not be understood - through a logical framework. They couldn't care less about actually - qualifications anyways. Instead they are simply looking for actors to play - the role of employee. Not discriminating is not something they are capable - of.
